Kevin Radke

Services for Kevin Radke, 38, of Ferney will be 2:00 p.m.,Tuesday, March 26th at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Groton.   Rev. Andrew Wolfgram will officiate. Inurnment will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 30th at Groton Union Cemetery under the direction of Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel, Groton.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Monday at the chapel with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.

Kevin passed away March 20, 2019 at his home. 

Kevin Michael Radke was born on May 14, 1980 in Aberdeen to Nancy (Dobberpuhl) and Harlan “Butch” Radke Jr.  He was baptized and confirmed at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Groton.  Kevin attended school in Groton, graduating with the Class of 1999.  He continued his education at Wahpeton, ND earning a degree in Diesel Mechanics. Kevin returned home to Ferney where he farmed with his uncle, Tom.

Kevin enjoyed hunting and camping with friends and family.  He especially loved spending time with his nieces and nephews and his life on the family farm. 

Celebrating his life is his mom, Nancy of Groton, his sisters, Michelle (Chad) Johnson of Groton, Lisa (Brent) Wienk of Milbank, nieces and nephews, Brenna, Porter, Ava and Bradyn and his uncles, Tom (Barbara) Paepke of Groton, William (Audrey) Paepke of Piedmont.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, an uncle, Duane Dobberpuhl and his father. 

Honorary Urnbearers will be the Class of 1999 and his many other friends.
