Private family graveside services for Barbara (Ives) Low, 51, of Mead, Washington will be 5:00 pm, Thursday, July 26th at Union Cemetery, Groton. Rev. Terry Kenny will officiate. Inurnment will follow under the direction of Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel, Groton. www.paetznick-garness.com

Barbara Kae Ives was born in Aberdeen on February 21, 1956 to Lyle Dean and Jean (Pratt) Ives. She attended grade school in Aberdeen and later graduated from high school in Las Vegas, Nevada. Barb worked as a computer operator for a large company in Washington for several years and enjoyed doing crafts. Barbara passed away May 17, 2007 in Spokane, Washington.

Survivors include her children, Tyler Low of Mead, Washington and Shawn Gillikin of Beaufort, North Carolina, two grandchildren, one brother, Richard Ives of Camano Island, Washington and her aunts, Marjorie Cliff of Aberdeen and Virginia (Eugene) Abeln of Groton.

Preceding her in death were her parents and an infant sister, Patricia.
