Graveside services for Gordon Grams, 93, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 11th at Union Cemetery, Groton. Rev. Craig Grams will officiate. Inurnment will follow under the direction of Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel, Groton.
Gordon passed away January 1, 2010 at his home in Hot Springs Village.
Gordon A. Grams was born on May 26, 1916 in Milbank, SD, the youngest of seven children born to Albert and Adelia (Mahlke) Grams. He graduated from Milbank High School and attended the University of Minnesota. Gordon enjoyed a long career with International Harvester, having served the company in various management positions until his retirement in 1978.
Gordon was preceded in death by Myla (McKiver) Grams, his wife of sixty years, his parents, two brothers and four sisters. Survivors include many nieces and nephews with whom he maintained a close relationship, along with special friend, Tootie Jensen of Hot Springs Village.
